O2 Fitness is proud to partner with the global fitness phenomenon Les Mills to bring you the best in group exercise classes. Since its start in the 1990s, Les Mills’ group fitness programming has grown to offer classes ranging from aerobics to cycling to martial arts. With fresh music and moves released every three months, over time you’ll continue to be challenged and motivated.

BodyPump is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BodyPump gives you a total body workout that burns calories by strengthening and toning each muscle group.
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWorx provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.
BodyFlow combines yoga/pilates/tai chi movements and is for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life leaving you feeling calm and centered.
RPM is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. This low impact workout blasts calories and builds your fitness level fast! This class is offered in a 30, 45, and 60 minute format.
BodyAttack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
Step into a BodyCombat workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning over 700 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills Sprint is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
In an Athletic Step class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises for a cardio fitness boost and huge calorie burn. A self-paced athletic circuit at the end of the class allows you to push yourself the way YOU want.
