m’bala is a 60-minute Mind~Body class that combines cardio and strength training with yoga. This total-package workout will leave you feeling rewarded, both mentally and physically.


A full body workout layered with cardio bursts, and set to heart pumping beats, Intensity will awaken your inner athlete and leave you with that endorphin high!

Les Mills BodyAttack

BodyAttack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Les Mills BodyCombat®

Step into a BodyCombat workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning over 700 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.


Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class is offered in a 30, 45, and 60 minute format.

O2 Burn

O2 Burn is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy that alternates short periods of high-intensity (anaerobic) exercise with lower-intensity recovery periods in a circuit format with longer periods of rest.

Sh’Bam is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. Your instructor will guide you through simple, sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist. Come as you are and leave a star!

Zumba Step

We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba brings to the dance-floor. This class is offered in a 30 and 60 minute format.


Werq is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. Are you ready to Werq? This class is offered in a 45 and 60 minute format.
