m’bala is a 60-minute Mind~Body class that combines cardio and strength training with yoga. This total-package workout will leave you feeling rewarded, both mentally and physically.

Les Mills BodyFlow

BodyFlow combines yoga/pilates/tai chi movements and is for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind and body, leaving you feeling calm and centered.


The Yoga-Mojo Vinyasa flow practice is designed to provide a sufficient challenge for seasoned yoga practitioners, while remaining warmly open and accessible for beginners. All experience levels welcome.

Silver Chair Yoga
