Our Strength Training Classes

From fast-paced agility training to barbell squats to focused core work, our array of strength training classes offer something for everybody – men and women of any age at any fitness level. Our talented group fitness instructors coupled with electrifying music playlists will inspire and encourage you through every last rep.

Strength training classes at O2 Fitness range from HIIT to m’bala to Intensity. Each class presents different challenges that result in burning fat, boosting endurance, sculpting muscle, and improving energy. Target your core with a 30-minute Core Strength class, or take on a full-body workout with Total Body Conditioning. All you’ll need for O2 strength training classes are comfortable workout clothes, water, and a smile. Come prepared to sweat!

m’bala is a 60-minute Mind~Body class that combines cardio and strength training with yoga. This total-package workout will leave you feeling rewarded, both mentally and physically.


A full body workout layered with cardio bursts, and set to heart pumping beats, Intensity will awaken your inner athlete and leave you with that endorphin high!

Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning uses weights, plates, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to help you define and tone targeted muscle groups. This class is offered in both a 30 minute and 60 minute class format.

O2 Core

O2 Core is more than just an ab workout. This 30 minute class will strengthen the muscles from your glutes to your shoulders, helping to increase stability and functional fitness.

O2 Chisel

Chisel uses functional movement exercised at a relatively high intensity to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Cardio intervals may often be interspersed to increase the burn and heavy weights are used to shape and tone muscle groups.

O2 Strength

Targets major muscle groups with weighted exercises designed to shape and tone in a 30 minute format.


Rampage combines station exercises using plates, weights, bands, and body weights. This circuit class gives you a dose of Personal Training in a group setting.

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.


High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods in between. HIIT classes follow a circuit format moving through stations in the Group Fitness studio.
