Each class presents different challenges that result in burning fat, boosting endurance, sculpting muscle, and improving energy. Target your core with a 30-minute Core Strength class, or take on a full-body workout with Total Body Conditioning. BodyPump is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BodyPump gives you a total body workout that burns calories by strengthening and toning each muscle group.
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWorx provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.
High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods in between. HIIT classes follow a circuit format moving through stations in the Group Fitness studio.
Total Body Conditioning uses weights, plates, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to help you define and tone targeted muscle groups. This class is offered in both a 30 minute and 60 minute class format.
Chisel uses functional movement exercised at a relatively high intensity to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Cardio intervals may often be interspersed to increase the burn and heavy weights are used to shape and tone muscle groups.
Rampage combines station exercises using plates, weights, bands, and body weights. This circuit class gives you a dose of Personal Training in a group setting.
