Our Pilates Classes
Tone, sweat, and strengthen with O2 Fitness Pilates classes. Pilates integrates low-impact movements with challenging postures to build strength and muscle tone all over the body. By combining core-activating positions with focused breath, Pilates will leave your muscles sore in a good way. In all Pilates classes, we recommend you wear comfortable, form-fitting yoga clothes that you can stretch in. Expect your muscles to be strengthened, your core to be engaged, and your balance to be challenged. Try out O2 Pilates, yoga-based BodyFlow, or a combination of the two in PiYo. Target your glutes and thighs in this back side focused Barre class. Exercises include ballet and pilates inspired movements including light weights and isometric work using the Barre for stability.
Barre incorporates body weight exercises and equipment such as a ball, light weights and a chair/barre. Using elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga. Barre challenges your core stability and balance to leave you feeling strong.
