Our Cycle Classes
Are you looking for a change from your treadmill or elliptical routine? Step into the cycling studio and experience a low-impact, heart-pumping, calorie-torching workout. O2 Fitness cycling classes are an excellent cardio challenge for people of all ages and fitness levels. Follow along with our energizing instructors as you climb, sprint, race, and pedal to the beat of invigorating music. Cycling shoes are not required for O2 cycling classes, but be sure to wear breathable, loose clothing and bring water to hydrate between tracks.
O2 Fitness offers a variety of cycling classes ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. Whether you’re looking for an interval-based, fat-blasting workout, speed training, or high-resistance hill climbing, our classes have it all. No experience is necessary prior to taking a cycling class. Our instructors are there to help you set your bike up for a comfortable ride. Les Mills Sprint is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
