The Insanity experience

What do we mean by “max-interval”? It’s a shortened name for “max interval training,” which consists of 3-5 minute blocks of maximum pace, separated by very short breaks that barely allow your heart rate to relax. This maximum muscular and cardiovascular exertion has been proven to produce faster, more noticeable results. With plyometrics (jump training), upper body resistance, cardio, abdominal sculpting and more, you’ll push wide scope of muscle groups to the brink. By the end of the 45 minute Insanity Class, you’ll feel burn, guaranteed. Over time, you’re going to achieve a chiseled, well-shaped figure with increased lung capacity and athletic capability.
