At O2 Fitness, we believe physical health is important to maintain at any age. We offer a variety of SilverSneakers classes for adults age 65 and older enrolled in the SilverSneakers program who are seeking a consistent fitness regimen. These energizing, low-impact classes are designed to increase muscular strength, cardio endurance, and range of movement.
