Come receive professional instruction and workout tips during FREE O2 Fitness Personal Training Workshops! Our Personal Trainers teach a variety of workshop themes, from cardio to core, beach bods to bridal boot camps, and beginning to advanced. All workshops are open to the public, so you can invite a friend.
