O2 Fitness Events

O2 Fitness Events are hosted regularly for members and the general public to give everyone a chance to experience group fitness classes, personal training and find out what a membership at O2 Fitness is all about. Free fitness events are held at O2 Fitness Clubs throughout North and South Carolina, as well as in the Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Wilmington and Charleston area communities.

Ready to get fit this spring? We are, too! O2 Fitness is excited to give Charleston the opportunity to get moving with free outdoor group workouts throughout the month of May.

All classes will be held on Monday nights from 6:45-7:45pm & Wednesday mornings from 9:00–10:00am and led by certified O2 Fitness instructors.

Wellness Staycation

Saturday, May 18, 8am-3pm
O2 Fitness Brier Creek

Treat yourself to a wellness staycation at the new O2 Fitness Brier Creek. The event will feature a wide variety of classes taught by some of the top instructors in the Triangle, a panel of speakers and a mini-spa in the locker room. Plus, all participants will receive lunch from Happy + Hale and a swag bag.

All-day passes are available now for $45 to the general public and $15 to O2 Fitness members.

Shape Up Greensboro

Mondays & Wednesdays in May
Center City Park

O2 Fitness is excited to bring Shape Up to Greensboro throughout the month of May with free outdoor workouts at Center City Park. These hour-long classes are open to all fitness levels. Just bring water and a mat!

All classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings in May from 6:00pm – 7:00pm and led by certified O2 Fitness instructors.
