Combining the best of interval training and strength moves, Intensity is a time driven class that challenges you at your own level. You get to decide how fast, how much weight, and your own intensity.
A full body workout layered with cardio bursts, and set to heart pumping beats, Intensity will awaken your inner athlete and leave you with that endorphin high! All levels are welcome and encouraged as modifications will be offered as needed. Power through!
