Shape Up BodyCombat
Mark your calendar for October 10th at 6:00pm for BodyCombat. Step into a BodyCombat workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning over 700 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.
We are excited to be offering FREE fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday throughout September & October. All classes are open to members and non-members. Meet us at Moore Square Park and don’t forget to bring a mat and water!
