Shape Up Body Weight Bootcamp
Mark your calendar for September 12th at 6:00pm and come out for a Body Weight Bootcamp class! Get your sweat on with this full body workout that includes heart pumping cardio, upper and lower body strength training along with tons of core!
We are excited to be offering FREE fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday throughout September & October. All classes are open to members and non-members. Meet us at Moore Square Park and don’t forget to bring a mat and water!
