Shape Up Barre
Mark your calendar for October 15th at 6:00pm and come out for Barre! Using elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga, Barre challenges your core stability and balance to leave you feeling strong. Barre will help you shape and tone those smaller, hard-to-reach muscle groups. This class is for all fitness levels and no dance experience is required.
We are excited to be offering FREE fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday throughout September & October. All classes are open to members and non-members. Meet us at Moore Square Park and don’t forget to bring a mat and water!
