Conveniently located on Folly Rd, there is no excuse not to get a Saturday morning workout in on your way to the beach!

O2 Ride 45 - Cycle Studio
O2 Ride simulates a 45-minute outdoor ride complete with hill climbs, downhill sprints and flat road recoveries. Motivating music adds to a fun yet challenging, low impact experience designed to improve cardiovascular fitness.
9:30AM - 10:30AM
O2 Yoga - Mind Body Studio
O2 Yoga will strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you challenge your focus to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. All fitness levels welcome.
9:30AM - 10:30AM
BodyPump - Group Fitness Studio
BodyPump is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BodyPump gives you a total body workout that burns calories by strengthening and toning each muscle group.
10:40AM - 11:40AM
Athletic Barre - Mind Body Studio
Athletic Barre incorporates graceful lines and ballet inspired moves with Pilates, Yoga, and light weight, high repetition exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles.
