New to m’bala?
m’bala is a 60-minute Mind~Body class that combines cardio and strength training with yoga. In this class, you’ll begin with calming yoga poses and move into a variety of high-repetition strength and high-intensity cardio exercises to sculpt every muscle group.
In addition to a challenging workout, m’bala focuses on providing an inspirational and motivational atmosphere. This total-package workout will leave you feeling rewarded, both mentally and physically.
