Intro to Yoga Workshop
Join us in the Mind Body Studio on Tuesday mornings at O2 Fitness James Island during the month of February for a FREE Intro to Yoga workshop!
We will be creating an intimidation-free zone for 30 minutes before our regular class time, for folks who are interested in learning more about yoga to get the low-down on the down dog! We will cover what yoga is, what it isn’t, and what to expect in a yoga class. Then we will go over a few of the most popular, basic yoga poses to get you ready for class!
