Improve Your Balance Workshop

Join O2 Fitness Personal Trainer, Taylor Vigliotti for a Balance Workshop happening on Monday’s at 9:30am at the Elliot location. This Balance Workshop will be 30 minutes long and cover a wide range of balance training exercises including bosu ball, one leg movements and swinging movements. Taylor will be moving you through exercise that scale from easier to harder throughout the workshop so all levels are welcome!
