Foundations of Building Muscle Workshop (Part 2)
Join our personal trainer, Matthew Octaviano, in part two of a two-part workshop that will teach you both basic and advanced techniques to build muscle safely through resistance training.
Resistance training is a form of exercise which improves muscular strength and endurance. Part 1 of the Foundations of Building Muscle Workshop covered Human Anatomy and Proper Training Guidelines. Part 2 of this workshop will take the information you were provided with in part 1, and apply it to the weight room!
Part 2 of this workshop will be begin in the Mind-Body Studio then lead into the weight room at our Hanover Center Location on Thursday, September 26th at 3:00PM. There is only room for 8 participants per class, so make sure to RSVP!
