Foundations of Building Muscle Workshop (Part 1)
Join our personal trainer, Matthew Octaviano, in a two-part workshop that will teach you both basic and advanced techniques to build muscle safely through resistance training.
Resistance training is a form of exercise which improves muscular strength and endurance. Part 1 of the Foundations of Building Muscle Workshop will be a classroom-style setting in which Matthew will go over both Human Anatomy and Proper Training Guidelines. This will establish a baseline of knowledge that will then be put into effect in Part 2 of this workshop.
Part 1 of this workshop will be hosted in the Mind-Body Studio at our Hanover Center Location on Wednesday, September 25th at 12:00PM. There is only room for 8 participants per class, so make sure to RSVP!
