Get ready to join our trainer, Carissa Corbett, in a Saturday morning Bootcamp Class!
Bootcamp will be a challenging, fun and supportive group workout! If you are new to exercise, experienced, or just getting back into it, this will appeal to all. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. It is designed to improve cardiovascular health, stamina, and muscle endurance. The workout will consist of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (body weight, lighter weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The bootcamp will consist of a 15-minute warm-up and a 45 minute circuit workout. Each boot camp will vary in exercises and format so no two workouts will ever be the same!
CC’s Bootcamp will be every Saturday at 10AM beginning October 19, 2019. Participants will meet in the front lobby.
