What is Tae Bo?
Tae Bo is a high-impact, martial arts combo, created by Billy Banks. It incorporates Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Boxing and Hip Hop Dances into one fitness class to provide students with one of the best times they’ve ever had at the gym!

When you attend our Tae Bo fitness class, you’ll put your body through a challenging gauntlet of unique movements that activate your entire body in ways that can’t be achieved with the normal lift. Karate and Boxing segments can increase muscle flexibility and quickness, while Hip Hop portions burn calories and melt away fat.
