Power Pilates is a fusion of different methods based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Pilates employs gradual, controlled movement that requires synchronized breathing – working the deepest layers of the core muscles. This fusion also involves strength work, meaning you experience the calming effect of traditional pilates with the muscular benefit of a weighted workout.
