O2 Step

Our O2 Step fitness class takes you back to the basics. It helps those seeking the benefits of a classic step class burn calories and stay in shape without exceeding your fitness capacity. However, O2 Step will challenge your aerobic performance and improve your cardio regardless of fitness level. Throughout this 60 minute group class, you’ll feel motivated, encouraged and challenged to be your very best.

While it does incorporate the basic step moves, O2 Step still tests your heart rate and makes you work. Through a variety of classic and new aerobic step combinations suitable for all fitness levels, you’ll become quicker, more toned and more durable all around. Watch your stamina improve over the course of a few group classes. You’ll be amazed how much better you feel when you incorporate a healthy amount of exercise into your daily routine!
