Les Mills BodyFlow®

BodyFlow combines yoga/pilates/tai chi movements and is for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind and body, leaving you feeling calm and centered.

O2 Yoga

Tai Chi

O2 Booty Barre

Target your glutes and thighs in this back side focused Barre class. Exercises include ballet and pilates inspired movements including light weights and isometric work using the Barre for stability.

O2 Athletic Barre

Barre incorporates body weight exercises and equipment such as a ball, light weights and a chair/barre. Using elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga. Barre challenges your core stability and balance to leave you feeling strong.

O2 Power Pilates

By combining traditional Pilates movements with powerful stamina exercises O2 Power Pilates will strengthen and tone your arms, abs, and legs.
