What is m’bala?
m’bala is a 60-minute Mind~Body class that combines cardio and strength training with yoga. In this class, you’ll begin with calming yoga poses and move into a variety of high-repetition strength and high-intensity cardio exercises to sculpt every muscle group.
In addition to a challenging workout, m’bala focuses on providing an inspirational and motivational atmosphere. This total-package workout will leave you feeling rewarded, both mentally and physically.
m’bala is now being offered on the schedules at Park Place and Seaboard Station, and will be coming soon to Brier Creek!
