Shape Up Downtown with O2 Fitness!

Ready to get fit? We are too! O2 Fitness is excited to give the Triangle the opportunity to get moving with free outdoor group workouts in downtown Raleigh. Join O2 Fitness at the turf in City Plaza for classes such as BodyCombat, Bootcamp, Yoga and much more!

This year we are not requiring that you book your spot in advance for classes. Instead, we are keeping it simple and opening up classes to as many people as we can fit on the turf! We do ask that you bring your own yoga mat with you for core work (it’s ok if you don’t have one, we will have a few on hand!)

Classes begin at 6pm every Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Every Tuesday night we will be sharing the evening with Inside Out Sports (they will be hosting a run after class) & Happy + Hale (free juice samples). Plus keep an eye out for some other special guests throughout the month.

All Shape Up Downtown classes are free and open to the public, so you have no reason not to join in on the fun. Now is the time to mix up your workout routine and get some fresh air after work! Don’t forget to invite your friends, family & coworkers to come with you!
