Body Combat
The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. BodyFlow
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

CxWorx
A personal trainer inspired core workout over six tracks and 30 minutes, honing in on the torso and sling muscles that connect the upper body to the lower body. It’s great for tightening and toning the tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Inner Strength
A challenging, full body workout using a mat, bar and your own body weight. Utilizes the core and targets hard to reach areas with simple, functional movements. Focus is on channeling your inner strength in the areas of flexibility and balance as we move toward cardiovascular peaks. A variety of options are offered for all fitness levels. Shoes are optional. Prepare for a body altering workout!

Sh’Bam
Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH’BAM class is vibrant, unique and varied.
Bootcamp
No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. Bootcamp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life throws your way.
Cardio Interval
Really get your heart involved! This class introduces sports conditioning principles and emphasizes cross training techniques. Both cardio and weight intervals are integrated into this fast paced workout.

Yoga
A dynamic stretch intensive practice focusing on alignment, breathing, positioning and strength. A stress free practice that encompasses a variety of levels with positive need based instruction.
