The exercises performed use a variety of tools - hand weights, kettle bells, medicine balls & your own body weight for resistance - just to name a few.

CXWORX
A personal trainer inspired core workout over six tracks and 30 minutes, honing in on the torso and sling muscles that connect the upper body to the lower body. It's great for tightening and toning the tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Flow & Stretch Yoga
In Flow & Stretch, we will use a rhythmic vinyasa flow to warm up the body, linking breath and movement. The end of the class will be dedicated to exploring deep stretches, increasing flexibility and releasing tension. This is an open level class, all are welcome.

A challenging, full body workout using a mat, bar and your own body weight. Utilizes the core and targets hard to reach areas with simple, functional movements. Really get your heart involved! This is a cardio buster that will enhance muscle endurance, establish a maximum calorie burn and push your workouts to the next level! Class is for all levels. Using stations of exercises, both cardio and weight intervals training are integrated into this fast paced workout. First, the strength elements of yoga allows us to deeply explore the asanas (postures), building both upper and lower body strength. This class offers a physical and spiritual link of the poses and breath, with a meditative, focused feel. You will develop strength in the body, plus profound body awareness.

Hatha Yoga
"Hatha" is derived from the Sanskrit words "HA" which means sun and "THA" which means moon. Hatha Yoga is known as the Union of Opposites. In a Hatha Yoga class, you will work on poses (also known as Asanas) with a strong emphasis on alignment, as well as breathing techniques (Pranayama) Classes are fun, energetic and challenging. A class that incorporates moves from different methods all of which are based off of Joseph Pilates core focus. The basis of Pilates is slow and controlled movements along with aligned breathing to work deep into the ‘core’ muscles. The Fusion of the many different methods will incorporate strength and flexibility while using body weight, light weights, the Pilates ring, a thera band, ball, and the bar. All of the moves can be modified to meet all different levels You will feel fully worked, relaxed, and stretched at the end of the class.

Focus is on toning, especially your core, abdomen, while maintaining postural alignment and deep breathing. A tranquil experience.

Our aqua classes are a total body workout, offered by a variety of instructors allowing for a diversity of tempos and activities. Instruction includes cardio, strength, balance and range of motion training exercises. Class members may utilize noodles, foam weights, and kick boards. Because water thoroughly cushions the body, core work or toning is emphasized as well as preparation and rehabilitation activities related to injury and/or surgery.

In Flow & Stretch, we will use a rhythmic vinyasa flow to warm up the body, linking breath and movement. The end of the class will be dedicated to exploring deep stretches, increasing flexibility and releasing tension. This is an open level class, all are welcome.
